If your basement pump has stopped working, is alarming, or you've noticed water where there shouldn't be any, I offer emergency call-outs across London and the Home Counties to get your system working again as quickly as possible. You'll be dealing directly with me, not a call centre, so I can usually give you a realistic sense of the problem over the phone before I even arrive.

What I check on an emergency visit

✅Diagnose the fault — blockage, float switch failure, motor failure, or electrical fault

✅Clear blockages and remove debris causing the failure

✅Test and, where possible, restore the system to working order on the same visit

✅Advise honestly if a part needs replacing rather than repairing

£169 call-out fee (this includes first hour on site then hourly rate of £47 applies) Any parts or materials required beyond the call-out are charged at cost plus a standard 30%, agreed with you before any work goes ahead, never as a surprise on the invoice.
